Summer Enrichment Music Workshop: mUsIConnection

This program will be facilitated on-campus.

mUsIConnection prepares students in basic musicianship skills needed for their first year as a music major. Fundamentals of music theory, piano, ear training are the major areas of study. At the end of the program you will take placement tests to place you in the appropriate fall semester music course. In addition, you will hear from current music students about their first year at UIC and learn what resources are here for you as a music major.

WHO SHOULD REGISTER?

Students who are majoring or intending to major in music and enrolled in the BA (music, music business) or BM (performance, jazz) degree programs.
