Pre-Health Academic Readiness (PHAR) Undergraduate Summer Program
Are you considering a career in health? The UIC School of Public Health is excited to introduce our new in-person, four-week summer Health Career Pathways Program, Pre-Health Academic Readiness (PHAR). Applications are now open for all admitted UIC first-year undergraduate students interested in public health or pre-health programs. Go PHAR and strengthen your academic proficiency and professional and social skills. PHAR students will collaborate with School of Public Health staff and faculty to become familiarized with UIC and campus resources, create relationships with peers and mentors, and become better prepared to pursue a health career pathway. A paid stipend will be given to those who participate in the program. Go PHAR and ignite change!
Applications are still being accepted; priority will be given to those who apply by June 17th. However, applications will continue to be accepted on a rolling basis until slots are filled. Please submit THIS APPLICATION for full consideration.
