Urban Health Program: Preparing for Academic Student Success (UHP-PASS) Pre-Health Day of Exploration

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Our one day Pre-Health Exploration Symposium will consist of a morning session, lunch and an afternoon of exploration. You will have an opportunity to speak with the directors, students and possibly faculty from the various UIC Health Science Colleges in an interactive, conversational manner. Speakers will engage students and answer many questions about various health disciplines. This will take place during the morning session, and will be held at either the College of Pharmacy, Medicine or Nursing. The afternoon will entail a sit down lunch, after which students will join a west campus Health Sciences College tour. You will have an opportunity to visit the anatomy labs at the college of medicine and the pharmacology lab at the College of Medicine.
