Asian American Mentor Program (AAMP)

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

The Asian American Mentor Program is designed to connect Asian, Asian-American, and Pacific Islander students to Peer Mentors.  In doing so, students learn about Asian-American specific and general campus resources, Global Asian Studies, and meet Asian American student organizations before the start of the fall semester.  Through this, students will make friends, have fun and engage in various Asian American topics!

Weekly activities will not conflict with the other Summer College workshops.

WHO SHOULD REGISTER?

Anyone can register! If you are interested in Asian,  Asian-American and/or Pacific Islander knowledge and resources and if you are looking to connect to a fun and friendly community.
Ethnic backgrounds may include Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Indian, Pakistani, Filipino, Cambodian, Vietnamese, Thai, and Native Hawaiian, or other Pacific Islanders, and more.
